Registration & Soloists Rules
1) Each event has a minimum registration commitment.
2) Dancers do not need to be in a group to participate but must be in a group in that location to be eligible for provincial finals with only one exception -Dynasty Acro which primarily a solo based event.
3) There is a $25/dancer soloist fee for soloists not participating with a group, with one exception - Dynasty Acro which is primarily a solo based event.

Credit Card payment is made online in your DanceBug/Dance Comp Genie/Dance Sync account or send e-transfer or cheque to the info listed above.

Reservations/attendance commitment is required by November 1st. No late entries.
Registration (routine info) for all events is due December 15th 2023
for all events.One Exception Dynasty Acro (due December 1st)

Payment should be made to Global Dance Services.
-There is no limit to the number of solos that someone can register.
-Solos/Duos/Trios must be in a group in that event to be eligible for Provincial Finals.
-Studios must declare which dancers are not eligible for Provincial Finals.
-Music must be loaded into your online account, NO CD's.
-Email the office if you have credit to apply to your account.
-Provincial Finals commitment deadlines/payment have been moved forward for 2024.
-Cash awards expire July 1st 2024.
-Festival style events do not rank 1st, 2nd, 3rd in categories.
-Competitive style events rank 1st, 2nd, 3rd in categories.
-There is a registration (per dancer per event) charge to attend the Provincial Finals.
