Acrobatic Arts BC Masterclasses - 8 week sessions / 2 per month SEPTEMBER 15th SEPTEMBER 22th OCTOBER 20th OCTOBER 27th NOVEMBER 3rd NOVEMBER 24TH DECEMBER 1st DECEMBER 15th 7-8 years 12pm-1pm (1 hour) 9-12 years 1pm-3pm (2 hours) 13 years and Over 3pm-5pm (2 hours)

About the event
Acrobatic Arts Masterclasses BC Division are for dancers training under the Acrobatic Arts syllabus and preparing for examinations. Teachers are welcome to attend the masterclasses for continuing education. Lessons are two hours and will be comprised of Cardio, Warm up, A Short Team Building Activity, Balancing, Limbering, Drills for Technique, Across the Floor, Tumbling and Strength. Visualization and Mental Skills Training wil be worked into every lesson. Dancers will leave with customized training drills/plans to improve technique in specific areas.
